1. Introduction Welcome to Dynamic CAD Engineering. By using our website and/or purchasing our 3D-printed products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Use of Products All products sold on this website are 3D-printed and intended for use by fire departments. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have the necessary training and expertise to safely use them. You assume all responsibility for any misuse or improper handling of the products. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from the use of our products.

3. Product Imperfections Our products are 3D-printed, which means they may contain imperfections such as small surface inconsistencies, slight color variations, or slight irregularities in shape or texture. While we strive for the highest quality, these imperfections are inherent to the 3D printing process. Please review the product details before purchasing and understand that minor imperfections may occur.

4. Non-G-Force Tested Please note that our products are not g-force tested or subjected to any extreme testing scenarios. Use of these products in high-impact or high-stress environments (such as vehicle or equipment operation under extreme conditions) is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the products will withstand such conditions, and you assume full responsibility for ensuring their suitability for your intended use.

5. Limitation of Liability By purchasing from Dynamic CAD Engineering, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from your use of our products, including, but not limited to, product failure, misuse, accidents, or injuries.

6. Product Availability and Modifications While we make every effort to ensure product availability, we do not guarantee that all items listed on the website will always be in stock. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products without prior notice.

7. Shipping and Sales Restrictions Dynamic CAD Solutions currently only accepts orders within the United States, including its territories, and Canada. We do not offer shipping or sales to other international locations at this time. By placing an order at our Etsy shop, you confirm that the shipping address provided is within these regions. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed outside of the United States or Canada. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Returns and Refunds Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed products we will accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order for a resolution.

9. One-Year Warranty We offer a one-year warranty on all our products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions. If your product is found to be defective within the one-year period, we will provide a replacement at our discretion, free of charge. Access warranty details here.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or any modifications made to the product after purchase. Additionally, the warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to extreme conditions or high-impact forces (such as g-force testing, vehicle collisions, etc.).

10. Acceptance of Privacy Policy
By continuing to use our services or providing your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, trademarks, and content found on this website are the property of Dynamic CAD Engineering and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
