How to check your warranty

Check your order date. Dynamic CAD Engineering provides a one-year warranty for all products purchased! Your warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How to conduct a Claim

Email us a picture of the broken item, your order number and/or the name under your purchase, and a description of how your item broke so we can improve our designs. We will review your claim and proceed further.
